SECTION 1

1. Rental Agreement & Minimum Kilometers

Standard commercial billing guidelines applicable across all outstation cab rentals and customized tour packages.

Daily Kilometer Slab: Outstation cab rentals are billed on a mandatory minimum charge of 250 KM to 300 KM per calendar day (midnight to midnight), or actual distance traveled, whichever is higher.

Transparent Garage-to-Garage Billing: Distance and time calculation commences from our Jaipur base garage and concludes upon vehicle return to the garage, as per standard RTO guidelines.

Inclusive vs. Exclusive Charges: Unless explicitly booked under an "All-Inclusive Tour Package", toll taxes, state border entry permits, parking fees, and driver allowances are payable as per actuals.

Overtime Chauffeur Allowance: Driver allowance covers duty hours between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM attracts a nominal night driving allowance.

SECTION 2

2. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

We maintain an elite luxury fleet and require mutual respect for vehicle hygiene and chauffeur safety.

Strict Seating Capacity: To adhere to motor vehicle safety laws, passenger count must not exceed the legally certified seating capacity (e.g., 4 guests in Sedans, 6-7 in SUVs, 12-16 in Tempo Travellers).

Prohibition of Intoxicants: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or carrying illegal substances inside our air-conditioned luxury vehicles is strictly illegal and prohibited.

Cleanliness & Damage Liability: Any deliberate damage to vehicle upholstery, electronic entertainment screens, or severe interior soiling will attract professional dry-cleaning and restoration charges.

Pet & Luggage Policy: Pets are permitted only upon prior written confirmation. Heavy luggage should be accommodated in the rear boot; carrying sharp hardware or flammable goods is strictly forbidden.

3. Chauffeur Duties & Driving Ethics

Our chauffeurs are trained hospitality ambassadors instructed to prioritize guest safety over aggressive speeds.

Highway Speed Adherence: Chauffeurs are strictly mandated to obey national highway speed limits (max 80-100 km/h) and mountain terrain speed advisories.

Right to Rest: To prevent driver fatigue during long multi-day Rajasthan itineraries, chauffeurs must receive adequate 6-8 hour nighttime rest breaks.

Route Navigation & Flexibility: Drivers will follow the agreed itinerary route. Unscheduled side excursions exceeding 15 KM must be coordinated through our dispatch office for transparent billing update.

SECTION 4

4. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Clarifying operational boundaries during unforeseen natural or administrative disruptions.

Roadway & Weather Disruptions: Jaipur Travel House is not financially liable for missed flights, train connections, or hotel reservations resulting from sudden highway blockages, landslides, floods, or VIP political movements.

Mechanical Breakdown Guarantee: In the rare event of an unforeseen vehicle mechanical failure, our liability is limited to providing a replacement vehicle of equivalent or superior class within 2 to 4 hours via our regional rescue network.

Third-Party Services: While we partner with top-rated heritage hotels and safari organizers, independent service failures by third-party hospitality vendors remain subject to their respective institutional terms.
