1. Standard Tour & Cab Cancellation Slabs

We follow a fair, time-tiered refund matrix that accounts for vehicle holding costs and chauffeur reservations.

7+ Days Prior to Departure: 100% Full Refund of the advance booking amount (less nominal 2% payment gateway processing charges).

48 Hours to 7 Days Prior: 50% Refund of the total deposit, or option to convert 100% of the deposit into a Lifetime Travel Credit Voucher.

24 Hours to 48 Hours Prior: 25% Refund of deposit amount to cover vehicle holding and chauffeur dispatch preparation.

Within 24 Hours or No-Show: 0% Refund. Last-minute cancellations prevent vehicle re-allocation and compensate active driver rosters.

2. Weather & Calamity Protection (Force Majeure)

We stand firmly with our travelers during natural disasters and government travel advisories.

100% Travel Credit Guarantee: If your trip is rendered impossible due to official state flood warnings, desert storms, or administrative curfews, zero cancellation penalties apply.

Zero Rescheduling Fees: You may transfer your complete booking advance to any future date within 12 calendar months without paying any modification fees.

Pro-Rata Trip Shortening: If an ongoing multi-day tour is curtailed midway due to extreme road closures, we calculate refunds on a transparent pro-rata basis for unused vehicle days.

3. Seamless Refund Processing Workflow

No follow-ups required. Approved refunds are executed automatically by our finance department.

Direct Source Crediting: All approved refunds are initiated within 24 business hours and credited back directly to your original bank account, credit card, or UPI source.

Banking Turnaround Time: Depending on your card issuer or banking network, funds reflect in your account within 3 to 7 working days.

Instant WhatsApp Confirmation: You receive an official credit note and bank UPI reference number via WhatsApp and email the moment refund processing begins.

4. Vehicle & Itinerary Modification Rules

Need to upgrade your car or shift travel dates? We make date alterations effortless.

Free Vehicle Upgrades: If your reserved vehicle model undergoes unexpected preventive maintenance, we automatically upgrade you to a higher vehicle segment (e.g., Sedan to Innova Crysta) at zero extra cost.

Date Advancement / Postponement: Date changes requested 72 hours prior to departure are accommodated entirely free of charge, subject only to seasonal vehicle availability.

Passenger Additions: Adding extra travelers to an existing Tempo Traveller or bus reservation is billed only for additional hotel room occupancy or permits.
